The JACK A5E has an extended body with an extra large working space.

Distance from needle to body up to 305 mm! Working space height 130 mm!

The JACK A5E also has a stepper motor that controls the stitch length adjustment in the machine and is responsible for the blocking function. This solution significantly reduces the noise level during backstitching and also allows for precise stitch length adjustment with an accuracy of 0.1 mm!

Closed lubrication system (without the typical oil pan). A small amount of oil is stored in a closed container to prevent contamination. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms.
The JACK A5E lockstitch machine has an improved thread trimming system that shortens the thread length after trimming to 3.5 mm!
